Fena Labs Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (#934835) as a Payment Initiation Service Provider and an Account Information Service Provider in the UK.
EU Open Banking - PIS and AIS
Fena Labs Ltd has partnered with Salt Edge to offer Payment Initiation Services and Account Information Services in the EU.
Salt Edge Limited is registered in England and Wales (#11178811) and authorised by the FCA (#822499), is a subsidiary of Salt Edge Inc. Salt Edge Limited UK registered address 2nd Floor Amber house.
In the EU, Salt Edge uses licensed Gateway Partners.
The Salt Edge Gateway Partner for PIS in the EU currently is Perspecteev SAS. Perspecteev is authorised as a payment institution by the French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR), under number 16918, to provide payment initiation and account information services.

UK eMoney Wallets
Fena Labs Ltd is a distributor of Paynetics UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12481335), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution (Firm Reference Number: 942777) for the issuance of electronic money and payment services. Your account and related payment services may be provided by Paynetics UK Limited. Whilst Electronic Money products are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), your funds will be held in one or more segregated accounts and safeguarded in line with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
UK Card Payment Processing
Fena Labs Ltd is a distributor of Ryft Pay Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12128364), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Authorised Payment Institution (Firm Reference Number: 972895) for card payment processing services.
Global Crypto Wallets and Digital Assets
Fena Labs Ltd is also a distributor of Crossmint for the issuance of crypto wallets.
Crossmint Europe, S.L. is authorised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), and by the Bank of Spain as a Payment Institution under Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). Crossmint Financial Services US is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business (MSB). Crossmint Canada Ltd. is registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (MSB) and with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA). Products and services that do not require regulatory authorisation, such as non-custodial wallets, are provided by Crossmint Inc.
